RCM Homes is offering homebuyers piece of mind with a warranty inspection at every phase of construction. Also, AmberGlen Village homebuyers have a 5-year warranty inspection system, which includes annual audits of the Home Owners Association to ensure that all homes are fully maintained.

We appreciate you choosing your home at AmberGlen and have provided the following homeowner warranty request to simplify any service issues you may have. For your convenience, this form may be printed and faxed to 503.620.9965.

Homeowner Warranty Requests must be submitted in writing either via fax or the postal service. All requests will be processed in a timely fashion and someone will get back to you regarding setting up an appointment. No repairs or home visits will be made without the presence of the homeowner or homeowner's representative. To provide the highest level of service, warranty requests cannot be placed by telephone, except in cases of emergency. Home ownership entails a certain level of personal maintenance of one's residence. General homeowner maintenance or warranty issues caused by the lack of homeowner maintenance will not be considered warranty items.
